What payment methods can be used for the purchase?

We accept FPS, Bank Deposit and Cheque. Please send the receipt of bank deposit or the receipt of FPS (screen capture) to us via email info@drmotivate.com.

Is the shipping fee paid by customers?

No, the total amount listed on the invoice has included the shipping fee. The shipping fee is 5% charge of the after discount sales amount. HK$30 extra shipping fee will be charged if the after discount sales amount is less than HK$1,000.

Can I settle the payment and send the payment proof along with the order form to save the handling time?

No, please allow some time for the handling of each order.

It requires 3-5 business days to handle the order of materials in stock and 10 business days to handle the order of materials out of stock.

Note: The payment will only be accepted after the quotation or invoice is sent to customers.

Which shipping methods are used by Dr Motivate?

SF Express will be used if the total amount is less than HK$10000. For order more than HK$10000, local courier will be used.

When will the delivery be arranged after settling the payment?

After receiving the proof of payment , we will arrange the delivery according to the shipment method on the order form. The package will arrive in 2-3 business days.

Can the order be delivered to Macau?

Yes, please note that all the orders from Macau will be charged 10% of shipping fee of the after discount sales amount.

Can I pick up my order at the office of Dr Motivate?

All of the orders will be delivered to the shipping address. The shipping fee will not be waived  in case of urgent pick-up at our office.

Can the delivery be arranged before settling the payment?

All of the orders will be delivered after payment is settled.

How can the shipment be tracked?

We will send a notification email to the customer which includes the tracking number of SF Express. You can track it on the SF Express website. If your order is delivered by local courier, please contact us directly at 2811-9100.
